if you order a pair of products from us, then you have 7 days to exchange them or return them. if they are returned then you have 10-15 buisness days to exspect a refund. 

you can exchange the shoes for the same shoe of the same price, for a diffrent size.

unfortiantly you will be responsable for shipping the item back to the store.

the company ships the products out to you and pays it, but the customer has to pay for the shipping,  back to the store as an exchange or refund.

the cost of that is taken up with how you choose to ship rather it is ups, or postal mail.
